The Development Process begins before any contracts are signed and before this proposal has been created. The Discovery process consists of the initial discussions about the project, understanding the objectives as well as the details and requirements of the project. This discovery phase is just as important as any other phase because understanding a project is critical in preparing a responsible quote. The discovery process will result in a Scope of Work on which this proposal is based and involves the expertise of a Product Engineer working in collaboration with Development Engineers.

Wireframes, drawings, sketches, initial UI and/or Story Boards will help define the fundamental requirements of the application’s user interface. We will present these concepts for your review, comment, and approval.  This Phase is collaborative and will require feedback and perhaps several meetings to get the design evolving in the right direction

The Development phase is the least collaborative phase, but the most gets done during this time. Depending on the size of the project, a number of specialized developers and a development Technical Manager will be working on the code that makes up the project.

Our team will guide you through each release phase. Alpha Release, Beta Release and Final Release. Alpha Release and Beta Release are intended to demonstrate progress on the project, and give you an opportunity to perform initial Acceptance Testing.  The Final Release Product Launch includes delivery of the application to its live and intended environment. The product launch is determined by the Client based on the readiness of the product launch and signifies the completion of the project.

If you require ongoing product support and maintenance, for new features, improvements, refinement, enhancements or scale, you will have the option to enter into an ongoing development agreement defining the level of support you require.
